Future: Forward Conference
1 + 2 August 2024
Presenting @ Future: Forward
AI in Catholic Education National Conference
Conference Outline
CEnet is excited to introduce Future: Forward, a two-day conference aimed at bringing together decision makers, theologians, curriculum leaders, educators, and data, IT and security experts from Catholic education dioceses. The goal is to collaborate and shape how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is adapted to enhance Catholic education in Australia.
At this event, participants will engage in dynamic think tank sessions focusing on the ethical, practical, and innovative uses of AI. Led by CEnet, along with member and industry representatives, the outcomes of these sessions will guide the development of AI tools, language, and safety in Australian Catholic education.
Future: Forward is a focused event that seeks to produce tangible results by exploring three key areas:
AI Principles
Security, Privacy, and Access Requirements
Educational Use Cases
Future: Forward is inclusive of all Catholic educational institutions in Australia to ensure that the outcomes of the conference are relevant to the national Catholic educational sector.
Participants can look forward to gaining valuable insights, connecting with member dioceses and the wider Catholic education community, and contributing to this transformative journey.
This is a free event for CEnet members and the wider Catholic education community.
