Whistleblower Statement
CEnet is committed to the highest standards of legal, ethical and moral conduct. This includes operating legally (in accordance with applicable legislation and regulation), properly (in accordance with organisational policy and procedures), and ethically (in accordance with recognised ethical principles).
Where an individual believes in good faith and on reasonable grounds, that a CEnet (employee, volunteer, or contractor) has breached a law, policy, or ethic, the CEnet Whistleblower Policy provides a clear framework within which to make an allegation.
CEnet is committed to maintaining an environment where legitimate concerns are able to be reported without fear of retaliatory action or retribution, and provides a framework to report and investigate allegations of improper conduct.
