CEnet’s Student Information System is used by school administration staff and teachers within member Dioceses.
The solution is also accessed by parents and carers, with a mobile application available for iOS and Android devices.
Members are charged an quarterly subscription at the beginning of each calendar year.

The Financial Management System(FMS) is an element of the broader CEnet ONCE (One Network Catholic Education) Strategy and a companion to the SIS solution - CeSIS.
The FMS provides financial and operational benefits for all schools and dioceses within the CEnet membership, being the central finance management tool of schools and central offices. Incorporating a standardised account structure, the FMS allows for greater accuracy of reporting and the ability to analyse financials across the membership where benefit can be gained.

CEnet’s IT Service Management Platform (ITSM) provides tools to facilitate the tasks and workflows associated with the management and delivery of quality IT services. CEnet uses ServiceNow, a cloud based platform Software as a Service(SaaS) for managing it’s IT services provided to its members using the ITIL framework.
ServiceNow ITSM aligns with ITIL standards to manage access and availability of services, fulfill service requests, and streamline service continuity.

CEnet’s ITSM service is utilised by all member Dioceses for ticketing of the Enterprise Student Information System(CeSIS) and the Enterprise Financial Management System(CeFMS) projects. Furthermore a number of member Dioceses have implemented ServiceNow ITSM to manage their internal IT processes. All users at Dioceses can submit tickets through the Service.
The costs associated with CEnet’s ITSM service are:
based on the number of Diocese users who require a Resolver licence(ITIL licence) per year.
A support charge is allocated by student number to cover the cost of CEnet usage of the tool to support all CEnet services.

CEnet’s Enterprise Collaboration Service is an integrated, extensible and collaborative suite of email, productivity, online collaboration and classroom management tools through G Suite.
Integrated with CEnet’s Identity Management System (IMS), the Enterprise Collaboration Service can be fully customised to suit Dioceses’ requirements.

Google’s G Suite is offered to CEnet members at no additional cost.

CEnet's Video Conferencing (VC) service provides members with an easy-to-use video, audio and webinar conferencing solution.
Meeting participants can join, share and record content using all major client devices (Windows PC, Mac, iOS, Android) and physical room systems such as Zoom Rooms and legacy H.323/SIP devices.

Users of this service
Members receiving CEnet’s VC service purchase a defined number of meeting host licenses, normally allocated to diocese staff. Users, including students, without a host license and access a free basic VC account that allows them to attend hosted meeting, or host their own meetings for up to 40 minutes (subject to security restrictions for students).
Additional licenses are also available to extend meeting and webinar participant counts, and enable hardware-based meeting solutions.
