CEnet recently held Future: Forward, a two-day conference aimed at bringing together decision makers, theologians, curriculum leaders, educators, and data, IT and security experts from Catholic education dioceses. The goal was to collaborate and shape how Artificial Intelligence (AI) is adapted to enhance Catholic education in Australia.

At this event, participants engaged in dynamic sessions focusing on the ethical, practical, and innovative uses of AI. Led by CEnet, along with member and industry representatives, the insights garnered from these sessions will guide the development of AI tools, language, and safety in Australian Catholic education.

Future: Forward was a free event that was inclusive of all Catholic educational institutions in Australia to ensure that outcomes of the conference are relevant to the national Catholic educational sector.
