The Dynamic Duo: Classroom and Gemini

The goal of this four part series is to equip staff with the skills and knowledge to effectively use Google Classroom for streamlined classroom management and leverage Gemini for efficient lesson planning and resource creation.

Throughout this series, you will engage with Chris Betcher [Google Certified Educator and founder of Crux Learning], develop tasks to do in your classroom before the next session, share what have been your successes in the classroom and learn more about Google Classroom and Gemini. There will also be time to ask the burning questions you may have.

This four part series will be held on March 10, 17, 24 and 31. Each session will commence at 4:30pm AEST and 3:30pm AEDT.

Google Classroom [Sessions 1 and 2]

Join us and learn how Google Classroom can be the center of your digital practice. Google Classroom has had many updates over the past year and in this session we'll run you through the top updates to help support teaching and learning in your classrooms.

Over the two sessions we will look at practice sets, read-along, YouTube interactive questions, Student groups, Guardians view, built in analytics, class visit and all the powerful updates to Google Classroom that you need to know about.

Join us for this interactive session where you can have a look at the new features that are available for you right now to assist you in saving time and connecting with your students either in your class or outside of your class.

You will have an opportunity to identify your take away/s to use in your classroom before the next session. At the start of the next session you will have a chance to share a success that you have had in using Google Classroom.
