Collaborating on sector defence: cesignal is now live!
As a not-for-profit technology partner dedicated to the Catholic education sector, CEnet is thrilled to announce the general availability of cesignal, our dedicated Attack Surface Monitoring service.
Built as a common good initiative, cesignal is an early-warning-system for Catholic schools and school systems, providing vital alerting and oversight of cyber risks and vulnerabilities.
In an era where digital threats are constantly evolving, proactive defence is critical. By delivering actionable insights and prompt alerting, cesignal empowers Catholic education entities to maintain a robust security posture. This award-winning service (recognised by AusCERT in 2024), serves as a critical "force multiplier" for IT teams, proactively reducing risk and protecting institutional reputation.
To ensure maximum reach and protection, CEnet provides a common good delivery model of cesignal available to any Catholic Education entity for free on a best-effort basis. For institutions requiring deeper integration, self-service portals, and formal Service Level Agreements (SLAs), a funded delivery model is also available. True to CEnet’s not-for-profit mission, the funded delivery model operates purely on a sustainability basis, ensuring schools receive enterprise-grade security monitoring without commercial markups.
By aggregating intelligence feeds and collaborating with global CERT partners, CEnet is proud to deliver a coordinated security monitoring capability for the entire Catholic sector.
