Cyber October: new security programme

The start of this term marks an exciting time for CEnet as we begin delivering on the new CEnet Security Services programme. CEnet has worked very closely with its members throughout 2023 to discover a catalogue of security services relevant to Catholic Education. This programme will deliver a platform of security tools, techniques, technologies and processes to collectively uplift the security posture and resiliency of local Catholic Schools, School Systems, and the broader CEnet enterprise.

CEnet's initial focus will be on the release of the 'launch' catalogue, and this includes a set of useful baseline security services that inherently benefit all members, in addition to an enterprise Information Security Management System tool, and an enterprise Digital Forensics & Incident Response retainer service.

We are thrilled to progress this project during October's Cyber Security Awareness Month.
